Version management
Every change is a new version, and every version is kept. Compare two versions, choose which one is live from which date, and roll back in one step.
Reproducible results
Every calculation records the version that produced it, so any figure can be reproduced later. Saved calculations keep their inputs and outputs and can be replayed.
Audit trail
Who ran what, when and with which version is logged for every calculation. In a shared workbook, every change is recorded with who made it and when.
Building separate from using
Modellers work on the next version while users run the released one and can only enter inputs. Formulas and VBA change only through a new version that has been tested.
Access by role, down to the cell
Roles decide who can view, run, change or manage each model. Access rules can go down to a sheet or a range of cells, even in a shared live workbook.
Personal data and retention
Mark which sheets or ranges hold personal data; those cells are masked in downloads. Set how long saved calculations are kept, after which they are archived, deleted or anonymised.
Export without formulas
Exports contain values only, never formulas, and can be digitally signed. An export only contains what that person may see.
